Three deer poached-need your help to solve this case EVANSTON-Evanston Game Warden Nick Roberts and Southwest Wyoming PLPW Access Coordinator Andrew Countryman are asking the public s help in solving a triple poaching case. I found three freshly-killed and abandoned mule deer on Saturday December 19th Countryman said. Two doe deer and one buck fawn were all found within 30 yards of each other. The deer were all shot with a .22 caliber firearm most likely from the road. They were most likely shot the prior evening. This occurred on the east side of Woodruff Narrows Reservoir on what is commonly known as the man camp road . There were no foot tracks in the snow leading up to the deer indicating any attempt to salvage any parts of the deer.
