We are seeking an experienced Full-time Permanent RN Nurse Coordinator Supervisor for a Specialty Practice located in Winston-Salem. This position will require coverage Monday through Friday from 8 00am to 5 00pm. Regular staff and managerial meetings after hours may also be needed. Duties will include quality patient care by identifying their needs creating effective plan of action for all Clinical Staff. Working with Providers and Staff to accommodate staff and patients needs. Must have outstanding communication skills in order to communicate with Provider Staff Source Representatives staff and patients. Will be responsible for interviewing hiring training evaluations disciplinary actions for all clinical staff. Will approve all requests for leave of absences vacation scheduling etc. Able to move quickly think outside of the box a lot of regulatory work and documentation well versed in utilizing computer related applications and equipment. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing program with preference as BSN with prior Practice Management and RN experience.
