Wanted - House for rent lease long term

Hello I m searching for a house to rent in the Richardson-Garland area. I need a 3 Bedroom 2 bath 2 Car Garage. A fenced in yard and no carpet would be a plus. There are 3 of us. 1 male and 2 females. 2 are 55 and 1 is 72 years old. We don t party or do drugs. We have a couple of small dogs. 2 of us are on Social Security and one works. We are wanting long term if possible. Please keep us in mind should you come up with any ideas or options. We would like to stay with in 1100.00 To 1300.00 if possible. I have lived in the same house for 15 years. I bought the house with my wife who died from cancer issues. We did many repairs to the place. Our credit is not the best but we can always pay the rent or house payment on time. Please help us all find a nice place to call home again. Thank you
