For sale we have Lincoln Impinger double stack gas ovens from a restaurant that closed in Lake Stevens. These ovens run on natural gas or propane and were built in December of 1999. The fans run on 110 electric power. The ovens measure 60 wide x 60 tall x 42 deep. The ovens were in use in an operating restaurant until this month. They are very clean and operate well. They do not require flame retardant hoods which is a nice feature. These ovens may be separated from each other or used as they appear in the picture (stacked) on the table top stand which is included. Lincoln Impinger ovens are considered to be the gold standard for medium to high volume pizza and toasted sandwich restaurants. These ovens will cook large pizzas in approximately 4.5 minutes and sandwiches in 2.5 minutes. They are low maintenance with little cleaning required.
