Howdy I am in need of a female Subletter. The apartment would become available in January and would go through July (7 months). The apartment is a four bedroom at Parkway Place apartments. The apartment has a gym a computer room pool hot tub basketball court tanning station study rooms etc. etc. With the access card the renter would be able to access all of the amenities for both Parkway place and 2818 place. The apartment is fairly new and updated and is very attractive. The apartment comes furnished. The bedroom has a bed two small sets of drawers a desk and a chair. There are washer and dryer units in the apartment. The room is private and has a private bathroom. The closet is a walk in and is pretty big. There are three other roommates two of which have cats so the renter wouldn t want to be allergic to cats. The apartment is 585 per month. This includes all utilities but electric which is usually around 50.
