i am looking for a house to rent will fix it up

I am looking for a house to rent from you. It can be in Baltimore in the inner city. Something not tooo big. I can prove my income if you want. I can do no more than 800.00 a month. It does not have to be extravagant looking. It can be an old looking place. If you have a house that you are not using I would be willing to fix it up and do small stuff to make it look decent enough. I need a place to live even try to find un unfurnishmented apartment preferably starting in January. My wife died on November the 23rd. It is very devestating to me. I was living with my wife as man and wife. She was on section eight therefore the rent was cheaper. Since I was not on the rental agreement I have to leave by the 3rd of January. Please if you can rent me a house for cheap let me know. I am 63 years old. I get a check on Social Security. I will show you proof of my income. I do not smoke or do drugs.
