21ft Nomad Trailer - Great Condition

Greetings This 1977 Nomad Trailer is in really good condition. The living quarters are clean and spacious the kitchen is pristine (all appliances work well) the shower is clean with no molding or deteriation. There are four different sleeping options an over head bunk and then all three benches pull out to turn into beds. There is also plenty of storage space. The tires are excellent and everything works well and was taken care of by one original owner. There are only two diy projects to take care of the first the outside needs to be resealed with rubber sealant (which you can get from any hardware store) to ensure it weatherproof - basically you just go around the roof and windows with the sealant and it usually only takes an hour or two to complete this simple task. The second project the replacement of three wood boards on the roof right side and storage space underneath the over head bunk. This project is another easy one all you need is some plywood or whatever wood of your liking to replace a few boards that began to deteriate. Not a very difficult remodeling project and should only take a few hours as well. (Attached are pictures of the boards needing replacement). Please just make sure you wear a mask and glasses to not get any insulation in your eyes or mouth. Other than these two simple projects the rest of the trailer is great and would make great a living working or traveling space. It is also insulated throughout the entire space to keep more heat inside during the colder months. It has a heating system water system lights and working appliances - the only thing it doesn t have is air conditioning (which you can easily get a box window air conditioning system).
