I have 1 room to rent in my home in Lehigh Acres just off Centennial Blvd. It s a quiet neighborhood with a small canal behind us large backyard as well as an attached garage for your use. The room and most of the house are unfurnished so if you have a lot of furniture that s no problem. Cable wifi and water are all included in rent. Electric is typically very low and split three ways. I am residing in the master bedroom all roommates have access to the common areas of the home (living room kitchen patio garage etc) and the guest bathroom is shared between my roommate Wade and yourself. Someone looking for a minimum of 6 months of leasing would work best. Me and Wade are looking for a guy between 20-30 with their own transportation and steady job (proof of income required). No pets and no partying. This is a very gamer-friendly household and late hours are fine as long as they are quiet and do not intrude on the other roommates. We also have kids visit occasionally so being family-friendly is important as well.
