If you are in town for a convention- don t stay in a stuffy hotel. This lovely vacation rental is located just 2.3 miles from the Anaheim Convention Center. Traveler s who are in town for both business and pleasure will be very happy with the central location of this vacation home. There will never be a need to look for parking as this home has parking for two cars in the garage and additional room in the drive way. Some traveler s have fit up to 4 medium sized cars at the garage drive way area. RENTAL INTERIOR The living room of this vacation rental may act as a sleeping quarters however there is also an additional spare room in this home which can be converted into sleeping quarters. Currently- we call this room the family room. If you are a family that likes to break things up or to watch movies together this additional space can really help you achieve your specific travel needs. Technically this large rental could be listed as a four bedroom 2 bathroom home. The kitchen is up-to-date and has a refrigerator stove microwave and all cooking utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The kitchen also has a large patio which over-looks an excellent sized back yard. Children could easily play here in the back yard safely- or family could get out and enjoy the sun as the sunlight is great in the area. There is also an excellent barbecue grill on the property for you to enjoy. The sleeping accommodations provides 2 Kings 1 Queen 1 Full and 2 Sofa Beds. All of our rentals have excellent mattresses (medium firm) and excellent sheets. We believe that your sleeping arrangements are important for you to be refreshed either on vacation or on corporate travel. Early checkins are subject to availability and fees. Late checkouts are subject to availability and fees. Please note that with no front desk that dropping luggage early for a later checkin time is billed at the same price as an early checkin rate which is dependent upon the time of luggage drop. Luggage drops are subject to availability of staffing and should be pre-arranged with an early checkin fee. At the time of your luggage drop you will need to arrange time to obtain your keys and sign your rental agreement. Late check-outs 12 to 2 pm are billed at 40.00 Late check-outs 2 pm to 6 pm are billed at 1 2 nights rent tax. Check-outs after 6 pm are billed at 1 full nights rent tax. Checkout procedures are posted on all rental walls and inside our guest guide and our application for you during your stay. Failure to follow our checkout procedures may result in additional charges. Please note that with no front desk that holding luggage is billed at the same price as a late checkout rate which is dependent upon the time of luggage pickup. Luggage pickuips are subject to availability of staffing and should be pre-arranged with late checkout fee. Even if you are not intending to utilize the room past the checkout hour we will need to pay staff to be available for your luggage pick up. This is the lowest available fee to you to cover this cost.
