Our Client in Concord is looking for a OS& D ClerkOS& D CLerk is responsible for daily inbound outbound data entry for reported shipments and working with customers carriers and agents to resolve distressed freight as well as overage shortage and damage issues. The OS& D Clerk will also work with all OS& D teams across all branches to locate resolve OS& D -related issues for resolution.Description -perform data entry for beyond carrier OS& D exceptions-Maintain and update appointment racks and trailers-Sort and file load plans according to distribution date-Assist OS& D team with daily driver CN3 OS& D messages and provide real-time updates and or resolutions-Perform dock walk investigations of shipments on the dock floor in general staging areas-Manually update and or adjust dock receipts trips and pro bills-Train back-up staff on load coordination and maintenance of salvage load (s) and work with the Dock and Claims Departments on load and sale of salvage-Cross-train to cover all Gate House and OS& D staff when necessary-Cross-train to cover aged freight reporting for supervisor when necessarySummary -Experience in transportation or logistics industry (or related field) or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary-Customer service and data entry experience is required-Being well organized and possessing strong attention to detail is required-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to changing priorites.Job Type Full-timeSalary 13.00 hour
