The road end corner is the corner of property. You ll see a power post a new water meter box and a stake. From this point the lot is 264 wide on Amanda Drive road.(dirt road) The lot is 494.5 on Bluejay road. You also can go to the lot from I-10 to Casa Grande or From Center of Maricopa keep going when you see an Indian casino keep going takes you to the lot. The neighbor lot next to mine on Amanda Drive has 2 water tanks with underground well. I met one person and he told me the 2 water tanks are new and still in the final stages to be completed.The water tanks was constructed from a fund the state receive from Obama as a relief funds. There s a new water meter at the lot corner but when it is built on the owner will need to pay for connecting the water and water fees. Since the water tanks are new you may not see them if you check the GIS from the county to see a satellite view. That would be why the tanks are not on yet. This subdivision is not like most of the land in Pinal County or Phoenix area. There are mountains surrounding the subdivision with panoramic views. The lot is flat. There are some small washes on it but this is normal for vacant land. There are nice homes in this subdivision also mobile and manufacture homes. Some have horses on. There is a manufacture home across the street on Amanda Dr. Now with new water tanks on the next door property there is a speculation the roads will be paved in the future. Property taxes are around 320 year. I was at the property few weeks ago. Pictures are standing on the lot and some close to the lot. The pic with my car in is the corner on the lot on Bluejay and Amanda. All this informations is from me visiting the lot and some other research.
