Must be skilled in PLUMBING - rough & finish (install repair faucets toilets sink showers shower valves garbage disposal water heaters tankless water heaters leak repair clogs etc.) ELECTRICAL - rough & finish (new install or repairs light fixtures ceiling fans bathroom fans house fans attic fans dimmers recess lights smoke detectors sub panels install large appliances etc.) and CARPENTRY - rough & finish (furniture assembly fences framing drywall doors exterior and interior threshold windows cabinets bath & kitchen tiling flooring painting grout caulking molding crown & base HVAC is a plus.Must have at least ten (10) years of excellent hands-on work experience. You must have great TIME MANAGEMENT skills COMMUNICATION skills be RELIABLE PUNCTUAL and ORGANIZED. Clean driving record required (no DUI or suspension). Must be able to pass a background check before being hired. Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) are required. Must have a wide variety of tools for many different projects.MUST HAVE ALL YOUR OWN TOOLS (POWER & HAND TOOLS). Company vehicle provided.
