I m looking for a mature female 40 and over who is pet friendly since I have 2 small dogs. Must be clean and a non-smoker. Tile and ceiling fans throughout home. Two bedrooms to choose from located near the laundry room and restroom. Security Alarm is included and I also have a Nordic track treadmill which is available to use. TV is included in the bedroom with Dish Satellite readily available. I have a washing machine and dryer on site but they cannot be used Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. - 9 pm to keep utility costs down. The house is air conditioned.
