2007 John Deere L100A Riding Lawn Mower

Up for Auction 2007 John Deere L100A Riding Lawn Mower. This mower comes to us after having a shed fall on it. It starts and runs as it should. The deck engages and disengages as it should. All five forward and reverse gear function properly. For some reason the brakes do not function. This mower has a 17hp engine and a 42 cutting deck. The hood is cracked in the center. The sides of the hood are scratched and scuffed. The tires are in good condition. The seat is worn and bent. The steering wheel post appears bent. No obvious frame damage was located but hidden damage we did not see could be present. The engine shows normal use. The discharge chute is cracked.
