Everything you could think of was in the condo (i.e. beach chairs umbrellas towels etc.) Can t wait to go back. The pictures were accurate. The property is very well maintained We were so impressed with the size of the condo The condo was awesome for a family. It was a definite plus that the kids had their own t.v. in their room. We only stayed a short time but definitely want to come back for a week if not two We had a great time in the condo. We could only stay for the weekend but in that short time we had a lot of fun. The condo had everything we needed very clean and filled with all the amenities a family group would need and ask for. The beach is beautiful and the water refreshing The Broderick Family was there to answer any questions we had. The condo is walking distance to main street and resteraunts. It certainly is cozy and comfy and it s advertising is absolutely correct-- oh.. and super roomy lots of space we had a fantastic time and will be back I felt very comfortable making these arrangements. So many scams out there.... I spoke with the owners directly and everything was booked very quickly and effortlessly. The place was roomy with lots of beds for everyone since we had a large group. Very clean and we will definitely pass this on to friends and family as a really good deal to be had We have rented this Townhouse 3 years in a row for Iron Man great Iron Man rental close to the venues and a all around great rental every season of the year We had a great weekend in Lake Placid - the weather was great and your townhouse worked perfectly for us. I m glad we connected We are a female Lacross team and love to stay here Great place to stay while skiing Whiteface. Close to bars and resteraunts. No need to drive if you don t have to.
