Childrens Visitation Center Volunteer

Our volunteers facilitate the visiation centers to provide a safe place and space for families to spend quality family time with one another. Responsibilites include greeting and signing our families and their visitation supervisor(s) providing tours of the visitation center maintaining and minor cleaning of the facility. Volunteers also provide accessible resources and information provided by the visitation center to aid families in an enriching visitation experience. Our visitation centers are located in East Mesa Phoenix and Peoria. Please contact us for exact locations. Population Served Children Children our future and we need to offer them all the love support and opportunities that we can to make their lives better and break the cycle that they are in. Community Need Families that are involved with CPS are granted supervised visitations in order to work towards reunifying with their children. We serve both parents and children with a safe space and place to gain positive interaction. Community Impact Working at the visitation centers there is the direct impact that you can see with the families and the behavioral changes needed for reunification. Observe families as they smile laugh and engage and interact with one another. Provide the highlight of a child s week as siblings unite before returning to their perspective group homes and or foster placements.
