Join Arthur Shelmandine the creative genius behind It s Arthur s Fault Sauces & Marinades of Jericho VT in his home kitchen for a day devoted to cooking creating and experimentation This full day cooking class begins in the afternoon with no more than six students each given a recipe packet with recipes from around the world. The students and Arthur then take off on a historical and very hands-on adventure whipping up dishes galore. All materials ingredients and supplies are included. In the evening each student is then joined by a guest with the kitchen and dining room transforming into a 5-9 course meal for everyone to enjoy. All from the fruits of the students labor Student arrive at 1pm Guests arrive at 7pm Dinner (depending upon how much fun everyone is having) may go as late as 11pm...
