Personal Assistant Must Travel

Personal Assistant Applicant MUST have a least 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE as a Personal Assistant in a HOME and excellent referrals. MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO TRAVEL FOR UP TO 3 MONTHS AT A TIME. Would be responsible for arranging detailed travel managing multiple schedules organizing events personal shopping and household management. Spanish Italian or French as another language is a plus...but not a must.Candidate must Have at least 4 years experience working in a home Be presentable and highly professional Work well with other staff Be dog friendly Be service oriented Have worked in a large estate Pass a full background check (drug criminal)Duties include but are not limited to Maintain and update Calendar Managing supervising staff at various homes around the world Prepare homes for visits Scheduling Appointments Arranging Travel Flights Hotels Restaurants and Itineraries General filing and administrative duties Personal shopping Be liaison between the family staff and vendorsHighly competitive compensation (depending on experience). In addition to the salary all travel expenses are covered including transportation international medical insurance and lodging.
