Lead Radio Systems Engineer

Our client located near Concord NH is seeking a hands-on Lead Radio Systems Engineer responsible for designing building and testing radio systems (two-way microwave and RF) for commercial and municipal customers as well as daily management and supervision of field technicians. This person will also interface with the customers project managers sales and marketing teams. Assist in the bid proposal process be responsible for FCC filing and frequency coordination. Must have hands on experience with instrumentation and tools and experience with PTP microwave backhaul radios 4.9 5.8 11 18 23 GHz. Must have excellent communication supervisory time management organizational problem solving and multi-tasking skills. Valid clean driver s license is required. Must be able to travel in the Northeast as necessary. BS in Electrical Engineer and a minimum of five years of RF network design RF optimization microwave and IP experience is required.
