Housekeeping Eldercare (Beebe Arkansas)

Monday-Thursday 7PM to 7AM. (if you wish to work only M-W this is a possible option) Elderly female seeking housekeeper as well as some aspects of elder care. Resident retires to bed at approximately 9 30PM therefore the primary duties of this position are housekeeping and to monitor resident during sleep hours in case of assistance to bathroom etc. We currently have 2 full time workers in place whom are exceptional at what they do We are seeking a third member to join the team. Seeking someone who is kind-hearted cheerful and compassionate - both in general and to the resident. Pay will be based upon experience but we do have a wage in mind and will discuss that with you prior to setting up interview. We do prefer a non-smoker but we may be willing to work with those whom smoke. YOU MUST be in the local commuting area have reliable dependable transportation as well as a local drivers licenses and a cell phone that is always functional and available to use. Be able to pass a background check and fingerprints which MUST be completed prior to starting work. If you have prior criminal record or any derogatory issues on your background check then please do not apply for this position. You will be asked to provide 1-2 business references.
