Please read this invitation letter and the application carefully. The most frequently asked questions are answered in these forms. Reading this letter will let you know what to expect at the Easter Bazaar. Crafty Life Entertainment s Easter Bazaar will be held at the Eastpointe Community Center located at 16435 E. 8 Mile Rd Eastpointe Michigan 48021. The show opens to the public on Saturday March 12 2016 from 9am-3pm. When applying for the bazaar it is always best to make sure you have completed and signed the application and enclosed the proper entry fee. Entry fees are only deposited if you are accepted to the bazaar. Incomplete applications will be returned. You are welcome to resubmit a completed application. There are about 60 spaces available at this show. It is important for you to send pictures slides or a web site of your items. We are always looking for new ideas and unique products to include in the bazaar. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN TABLE CHAIRS AND OR DISPLAY UNIT. The spaces on the floor are 6 x 4 if you purchase two spaces your space would be 12 x 4 . I have more spaces without electricity and only a few spaces with electricity. If you request that you will only take a space with electricity and that area of the show is filled your application will be returned. If it is only a preference please note that and I will find the next best available space. We always try to fill your request if at all possible. The Eastpointe Community Center is a non-smoking facility. If you plan to smoke during the bazaar and exit the building please close the doors behind you so that smoke does not come into the building. One exhibitor stamp or wristband will be provided for each space purchased. Your stamp will allow you to leave and re-enter the facility during the bazaar hours without paying admission. Family members and friends must pay admission. Your displays merchandise chairs and anyone who plans to help you sell your product must fit in the space you purchase. Set up time on Saturday morning will be from 7 30 am - 8 45 am. If you are not set up by 8 50 am on Saturday you will forfeit your space. Parking during the bazaar hours is limited to the community center parking lot. If you cannot fit your entire inventory in your booth please accept the fact that you will have to walk that distance to restock. If you find any rules or conditions of the show you cannot accept please do not apply.
