S& C Center and Body Health & Wellness Center Multi-Purpose Room Looking for Independent Contractors who are certified licensed to teach weekly or monthly classes focused on Self Help & Health in any of the following subjects Yoga Life Coach Hypnosis Physical Trainer or other hollistic health clasess. Multipurpose room available for rent by hour. Room will hold 10 to 15 clients depending on type of class and activity. Independent Contractor must submit resume and brief class outline (please include class purpose goals length of time how many classes cost and size of class.) Independent Contractor must be able to provide certification license in specialty Fresno City business license and liability insurance. This is a great location for an Independent Contractor who is working on building a clientele. The multipurpose room will not accommodate someone with a full-time business such as more than 5-10 hours of classes a week. This is shared room with the express purpose of bringing in a variety of health and wellness services. Independent Contractors must have their own clientele and ideas for promoting and developing their business.
