The Director for the Office of Continuing Institutional Assessment is an exciting new leadership position that will develop and lead a new office at UNSOM. This high-impact position will create and implement institutional and program assessment strategies as a member of the School of Medicine s Academic Affairs leadership team. The Director will guide and support decision making and reporting for the medical school s missions and programs. This role will provide the expertise and direction for data collection analysis interpretation and reporting for a variety of academic programs. Specific initiatives under the direction of the Director include accreditation monitoring and site survey activities assessment of special projects such as quality improvement and medical education programs special studies and surveys. The Director supervises one full time administrative faculty position (Accreditation Coordinator) and one full time classified position.
