Looking for a roommate to share 2BR1bath apt

Hey there I am a 23 year old student at WMU. I work part time as well as play a club sport at WMU. I am looking for a roommate to occupy the second bedroom in my apartment for next school year. My current lease ends on July 20th so shortly after that you could move in. Some restoration will have to be made to the room you would live in due to my current roommate s dog causing some damage. I also have a dog. She is a friendly pit bull mix. She is shy at first but warms up in good time and when she does she is ALLL snuggles We each have our own large walk-in closets share a bathroom-which has two sinks and the kitchen is lovely I have the kitchen pretty well stocked in the way of dishes pots and pans and all of those good things. This is a third floor apartment in a family-style building. The family-style means that there are no parties here also the building is smoke free. This apartment is roughly one and a half miles from the center of campus and there is a bus that stops directly across from the building that goes directly to campus. Rent is 355 month and that includes everything except consumers. Consumers is always cheap. I am very clean I usually clean the whole place once or twice a week.
