Hello there I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease of a two bed two bath plus study room apartment- great for roommates The apartment complex is Colonial Grand at Trinity Commons. My job is moving so I m having to move with it. The total price is 1040 a month including cable or 520 for two people - electricity is separate This apartment complex doesn t have any breed restrictions for dogs and it had a nice dog park that my dog loves it has a little back yard area that kids can play around as well. It s in a great location close to PNC arena Cary and 10 minutes from Crab Tree Valley Mall. It has a fitness center business center two pools a play ground tennis courts basketball court. Washer and dryer in unit there is a separate room for laundry which is really nice to have great for storage with linen closet.
