Assistant Needed Busy Oral Surgery Office in the Payette County seeking an Oral Surgery Assistant. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment performing various multitasking job requirements. Assist with surgical procedures including anesthesia and patient monitoring. Provide patient education including dental implant procedures information and Pre and post-operative patient care. Excellent patient interaction skills are a MUST. Ability to conduct telephone triage. Knowledge of sterile techniques. Dental assisting training preferred. New graduates of Dental Assisting programs are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Assisting the Oral Surgeon in multiple different procedures such as extractions biopsies Implants bone grafts. Other duties include cleaning & sterilizing Instruments lab-work includes Impressions & pouring models taking x-rays 3-D Images ordering supplies stocking surgery rooms. Computer skills are a plus. Learning to schedule patient s appointments. The hours are 8 00am - 4 00pm M-T-TH-F.
