Job Description Fry ss Electronics is seeking highly motivated individuals possessing excellent customer service skills to join our team of Full-Commission Sales Associates Our Sales Associates serve as a point of contact between the company and our customers assisting them through all aspects of their purchase. Fry ss Electronics retails over 50 000 electronic items with 34 superstores ranging in size from 50 000 to 180 000 square feet as well as our online presence at Frys.com. Fry ss Electronics now has full-commission retail sales positions available in the departments listed below that offer tremendous growth potential. Computer Department Audio-Video Department Appliance-Wireless Department Role of the Full-Commission Retail Sales Associate Fry ss Electronics Full-Commission Retail Sales Associates are expected to represent Fry ss Electronics s products and services to our customers using a friendly and professional approach. The associate will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer concerns and using various software applications to make inquiries and research information for our customers. Full-Commission Retail Sales Associates assist customers by offering products services delivery and installation and other promotions to find the solution that best fits the customer ss needs. Full-Commission Retail Sales Associates are also expected to assist in maintaining displays stocking and other duties related to sales. Qualifications Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills Professional and courteous demeanor A minimum of 6 months of sales experience Intermediate level of PC knowledge and experience using word-processing email and Internet Explorer or a similar web browser Basic knowledge of computers and consumer electronics-related products Fry ss Electronics Full-Commission Retail Sales Associates enjoy competitive compensation in the form of commission on the sale of products and services.
