The home sits at an elevation of 1700ft which puts it just below the snowline so there is no need to worry about shoveling snow. However a winter wonderland of white is just up the road and Sierra Ski Slopes are a mere 45 minute drive. The cottage is 1800 square feet has four beds and can sleep as many as ten guests. Combie Cottage is fully self contained has central heat a fireplace in the family room large screen TELEVISION and WIFI.
