Olive & Anchor Restaurant Ltd. 6418 Bay Street West Vancouver BC V7W 2H1 www.oliveandanchor.com E-mail info(at)oliveandanchor.com First Cook (3 Vacancies) Term of Employment Full-time Shift Permanent Benefit 10 days paid vacation Salary 14 16 per hour (dependent on experience) 37.5 hours per week Job Location 6418 Bay Street West Vancouver BC V7W 2H1 Job Responsibilities - Prepare hot and cold appetizers such as soups salads and breads. - Assist other cooks in preparation garnishing and presentation of food. - Prepare fish & chips burgers and sandwiches. - Cook pastas and entrees. - Prepare and cook our featured meals paying attention to customers with food allergies. - Create new menus. - Maintain a high standard of service at all times. - Ensure all dishes are served at the correct portion size quality and temperature. - Train kitchen staff with advanced cooking skills. - Clean kitchen area. Job Requirements - Completion of high school - 2 3 years of cook experience or Experience is an asset for who graduated from culinary arts program.
