Looking to sublease a room from Aug 2016-Jun 2017

Hi Everyone I m looking to sublease a bedroom at the apartment complex called The Grove Greensboro located at 107 Grovecrest Way Greensboro NC starting Aug 2016 & ending in Jun 2017 with the option to renew. I m actually trying to pursue another opportunity in a different city next school year & I am trying to find someone to sublease my room. Extremely close to UNCG Bennett & NCAT. The bedroom is a private lockable bedroom out of three total with a private bathroom inside the room & very spacious walk in closet. I have two very nice roommates who keep the shared common area clean & are overall nice people. There is also a washer & dryer in the unit & the apartment offers a variety of very nice amenities (24 hour gym tavern pool fire pit volleyball court ect) The rent would be 535 a month all utilities included & the apartment is also fully furnished. Being that you are taking over my lease you would also have a 400 credit to use towards your first months rent. I can provide pictures upon request.
