LPN s Needed for Medical Group Home in Prescott Valley

Looking for LPN s to staff medical group home supporting individuals with developmental disabilities with medical needs to live as independently as possible in their group home. Group home serves between 3-5 adult individuals and up to 6. Must have a passion for individuals with developmental disabilities. Must be able to build positive relationship with the individuals you support. Must be able to provide all aspects of personal care. Must be able to operate entire home management for individuals served such as cooking cleaning shopping laundry etc. Must have computer skills to document all aspects of provided care in online based documentation system. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work independently and as a team member. Must have good driving record to be able to transport members to community activities and Doctor appointments. Accepting applications for all shifts but weekends and nights are especially needed.
