Joe Maphis Induction into the Mountain MD Performing Arts Hall o

Cumberland Maryland will honor Hometown Country Music Legend Joe Maphis in a special evening reception and Induction into the Mountain Maryland Performing Arts Hall of Fame on May 21 2016. Tickets to the event which includes many special invited guests are available for a limited time on-line and in limited quantities. The event will feature entertainment an unveiling of a special Joe Maphis exhibit and participation by Rose Lee Maphis and Jody Maphis. The event will also feature announcement of an effort to install a life sized bronze statue of Joe in Downtown Cumberland after successful fundraising. Table seats will be available for purchase on March 14. Table seats are extremely limited. General admission tickets will be available beginning on April 1. On-line ticket sales will conclude on May 6 at 11 30 p.m. if not sold out before. Contributions to the Joe Maphis Tribute Statue may be made any time....
