Job Description Minimum of 2 years billing experience Submitting medical claims to various insurance companies (e.g. Medicare Medicaid Blue Cross Blue Shield) Responsible for collecting posting and managing account payments for multiple providers Generate patient receipts and statements Set-up coordinate and track authorizations Answer provider staff patient inquiries as well as identify and resolve patient billing complaints Track turnaround time for the billing cycle and seek continuous improvements in productivity MUST be detail-oriented.
