Condo Association in Mentor Ohio is looking for Lifeguards and pool attendants QUALIFICATIONS for LIFEGUARD Ability to read write & understand written directions. Current YMCA or Red Cross life guarding certification and CPR PRO certification. Physical ability to rescue an individual from water. Prior experience helpful. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE - COMPETATIVE PAY Pay range is 10 - 11 per hour for lifegaurds depending on experience. Range for Pool attendants is 8 - 9 per hour.
