Jackson MO 63755 Saturday and Sunday April 30th and May first 2016 Saturday Scaled Team Competition Sunday Rx Team Competition Welcome to The Big River Rumble 2 a functional fitness competition that will include many great athletes from the Southeast Missouri area and surrounding region. This will be a 2 day event. We are looking to crown the fittest pairs of competitors in the region so come prepared and well-trained. Your endurance stamina strength flexibility power speed coordination agility balance and accuracy are all skills that you will need to master to stand above the rest. Old Orchard CrossFit is conveniently located in the Missouri boot heel placing it halfway between Memphis and St. Louis. We welcome athletes from anywhere who believe they are well-rounded and well-trained with the skills necessary to compete....
