Overview Gibraltar Construction the development division of Richdale Apartments a leader in multi-family development and commercial buildings is seeking a qualified Material Handler Forklift Operator. Responsibilities Assist construction managers in building structures for construction sites Perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor in construction projects Maintain a clean job site pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards while working on construction renovation sites Material handling and storage Load and unload trucks Knowledge of manual tools and equipment related to construction Skill understanding and following written and verbal instructions Skill landscaping and maintaining grounds Ability to lift and move heavy objects Qualifications Any equivalent combination of experience and education that will allow the applicant to satisfactorily perform the duties of the job Well organized Self motivated Adapts easily to changing deadlines Works well in a team Good physical strength Great attention to detail Must have a reliable transportation To be considered for this position you MUST apply directly via our website www.richdale.com employment
