Register for all of our weekly drop-in pole classes here BEGINNER POLE Taught at a level suitable for beginners and early pole students. Learn the basics including pole terminology. BEGINNER POLE Thursdays 8 00 pm - 9 00 pm BEGINNER POLE Fridays 7 00 pm - 8 00 pm BEGINNER POLE Saturdays 12 00pm - 1 00pm BEGINNER POLE Saturdays 1 15 pm - 2 15 pm INTERMEDIATE POLE Student familiar with basic pole terminology can execute basic pole tricks and spins. Has taken multiple pole classes (i.e. Series Level two or 3). Has strength to move up and down pole on her own. INTERMEDIATE DISCO POLE Thursdays 7 00 PM - 8 00 PM INTERMEDIATE POLE Saturdays 2 30 PM - 3 30 PM ADVANCED POLE Students can perform aerial tricks and have a vast knowledge of pole terminology. Has taken many pole classes (i.e Series Level three or up). Has built up the physical strength and stamina to perform complex moves and routines....
