Reduction by 50% on all ticketed items in the last hour of the sale from 2 30pm to 3.30pm Everything needs to go The house is pristine you will be asked to remove your shoes or wear blue booties Our customer will still be living on premises. You will be asked to be respectful of areas labeled NO Access . We expect a large crowd in the morning and will have to limit the number or people that we allow in at one time to 15 including children that might be joining you. Customer are expected to take their items out as soon as they are bought. No holds of any kind no exception.
