Overview Richdale Apartments is a national leader in luxury apartment management with residential communities that boast immaculate surroundings and a carefree and upscale lifestyle is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our luxury apartment community in Minnesota. Hours include Monday-Friday 9 00 a.m. to 5 30 p.m. with rotating on-call hours. Responsibilities Complete all maintenance work orders including electrical plumbing air conditioning (HVAC) boiler and appliance repair. Maintain all equipment to ensure safety and equipment upkeep. Maintain common areas for safety and appearance. Ensure resident satisfaction when working in an apartment. Maintain resident contact regarding maintenance problems in apartments Carry emergency pager when require and responds to all emergency calls in a timely manner and if necessary in person Complete all other projects or requests as directed by Supervisor. Qualifications Have some experience in electrical plumbing boilers and or small appliance repair HVAC experience and or certification is a big plus Must be available for rotating on-call hours Looking for a self-starter reliable and goal oriented individual who wants to get a foot in the door with a well established growing dynamic and profitable company.
