Hi I have a huge gorgeous furnished one bedroom in amazing location Im at 18th & Florida located in Adams Morgan and right on the border of Dupont Circle and U street. Its a small building (only 12 units) on a cute little tree lined street (see picture of the view from the living room in the winter).The apartment is great its huge (800 sq ft) top floor corner unit with lots of natural light hardwood floors high ceilings and a claw foot tub. The kitchen has also been completely remodeled last summer with all new appliances cabinets and counter top. The bathroom has also been completely updated (except for the claw foot tub intentionally left). The apt. comes completely furnished TV sheets towels dishes etc. The apartment is furnished with beautiful upper end furniture (nothing is from IKEA). The rent is 1685 a month plus 125 for utilities. The apt. is available May 1st but Im flexible if you need to come a little sooner or stay a little longer thats fine. Its the perfect situation for somebody who is doing a summer internship or moving to DC and needs a few months to check out the neighborhoods and find a new place. I have two responsible long hair Himalayans who will stay in the apartment. They are completely trained and well behaved cats. I definitely want somebody who likes cats and will take good care of them. I have reduced my rent cost and utilities to subsidize care for the cats.Just a heads up there is no garbage disposal dishwasher or w d in the unit.
