Jones Pastors Greetings in the name of the Lord. We will hold a special annual event and we are inviting you. EVENT 2016 ANNUAL COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR You are invited to attend the Annual Community Health Fair of Word For Life Church Ministries (WFLCM) from 10 00 AM until 2 00 PM on Saturday June 25 2016 (rain date is July 23 2016) at 11519 Fort Washington Road Ft. Washington MD 20744. The goal is to increase awareness of preventative health measures to promote good health and wellness in general and to demonstrate the link between a Spirit-directed life and maintaining good physical and mental health. Free Health Screenings will be provided. General attendance is expected between 150 to 200 persons. Under dynamic leadership of Pastors Rev. Drs. Freddie L. and Myrtle E. Jones the WFLCM has received sound foundational guidance to enhancing body mind and spirit as directed by the Holy Spirit. We support a holistic approach to health care and preventive health modalities supported by individual spirituality. The Health Fair allows WFLCM the opportunity to strengthen community relationships by providing a forum for partnerships and collaboration in advocating healthy lifestyles for community residents. We are eager to receive your participation in this event and offer our thanks in advance for your cooperation and support. Participation by commercial vendors is available for a small fee no fee for others. 50.00 for commercial vendors (including individuals selling non-food items at the fair). Fee entitles you to 1 table and 2 chairs. 45.00 for commercial vendors bringing their own table and chairs. No fee for vendors only passing out community and health-related literature (not selling anything nor associated with a commercial vendor) a table chair will be provided as available. Pre-approval is required. Free table chairs to approved healthcare providers providing actual screenings i.e. blood pressure etc. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. The exhibits will include literature on health issues demonstrations and handouts. There is no electricity available at this outdoor event. You may bring a small tent or umbrella.
