Duo Trapeze Workshop

The circus is better with friends Come learn some of the basics of duo trapeze during this beginner s workshop During this 1.5 hour workshop whether you re a base or a flyer you ll learn how to hang upside down (and off each other ) while executing some beautiful positions. Aerial experience is ideal but not mandatory Ages thirteen no partner required. Athletic pants or leggings that cover the knees and a t-shirt (to protect shoulders armpits) are recommended. No zippers on clothing please. About the Instructors Victoria Howard and Jon Butler have been flying together since 2009. They fell in love with aerials in St. John s Newfoundland when training with Acri-Adix. Since then Victoria and Jon have been in many Newfoundland based performances and have worked as aerial and flying trapeze coaches.
