Join UO AWSM Wednesday April 13 at 6 00 p.m. to hear from Lois Youngen a former catcher for the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League (AAGPBL). She played for the Fort Wayne Daisies (1951 1952 1954) Kenosha Comets (1951) and South Bend Blue Sox (1953 1954). After her baseball career Youngen was a physical education instructor for over 30 yrs. She worked at the University of Oregon from 1960 to 1996 where she taught and oversaw 26 sports and activities....
