Candidates should have at least 5 -10 years of accounting or finance experience and comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles. Must have the ability to work independently and the ability to work effectively with senior members of other departments. Finally very strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork is what is needed to truly succeed in this position.
