Busy Contractor s office in CHATSWORTH seeks an experienced administrator. Candidates must be self-starters who can work well independently as well as on a team. Must have the ability to effectively multi-task prioritize. You will have full charge of office. Experience in the field of construction is a plus. Microsoft Office experience proficiency a plus. QUICKBOOKS PRO a must. Background and drug screening check required. Hours 40 hours per week. Office is casual setting and casual dress is permitted. -Good organizational skills are required as we are working on multiple projects at one time -Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook. Must know QUICKBOOKS PRO -Strong communication skills and be detailed orientedAdministrative Duties include payroll thru QBP. -Order materials and schedule deliveries to the various ongoing projects. -QuickBooks Pro invoicing and estimate -data entry. -Prepare monthly Workman s Compensation Reports.-Establish and maintain job contract files. -Responsible for general office tasks such as maintaining Insurance Certificates Safety Programs Filing for Job Folders and E-mailing. -Answer and direct incoming calls.
