Hi. I m looking for a room to rent. I am quiet clean and organized. I pretty much stay in my room watching tv and sports. I like to cook. I am very easy to get along with. I m 48. SWF. No pets or children. I do have a small storage unit filled with all my things. If u are offering a furnished room I can sell what I don t need. One bad habit...I smoke. OUTSIDE ONLY. Never inside. I will have a few friends over not all the time and usually one at a time. No parties. Promise. They are wonderful people who have helped me when I needed them most. I do drive but no car. That s where my friends come in. Lol. I am retired on Social Security Disability. I get paid on the third of every month guaranteed. I have been dealing with my back for years. Doctors are still trying to fix me. I have no problems taking care of my living space. That s all I can think of right now.
