Clean sheets and towels will be provided.Neighborhood The apartment is on the fourth floor of an elevator building. It is located in a great neighborhood of Clinton Hill literally 1 minute walk from the Clinton-Washington Avenue subway stop on the C line 5 minutes walk from restaurants and cafes at DeKalb Avenue and 3 minutes walk from the G line subway. You We are looking for a clean respectful courteous person or couple to sublet our apartment while we are away. The ending date of the lease is negotiable while there is some flexibility in the starting date as well. Rent The rent of 2 300 per month includes all utilities. A cleaning fee before you enter and after you leave the apartment is also included in the rent.
