Overview Gibraltar Construction the development division of Richdale Apartments is seeking a successful buyer sourcing specialist to join our team. This person would be responsible for full-cycle buying of construction materials and subcontractors for both remodel renovations and new construction projects throughout our portfolio. Responsibilities Investigating potential new suppliers and subcontractors Continually surveying the market for better pricing quality and service Researching products and clarifying specifications Vendor selection after comparison evaluations Vendor negotiations on pricing and terms Track orders to ensure availability and to meet schedules Maintain all necessary files Resolve any vendor discrepancies Qualifications Strong negotiation and networking skills Ability to research and source products materials Keen sense of self-motivation and attention to detail Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Experience in purchasing buying a plus but not mandatory To be considered for this position you MUST apply directly via our website www.richdale.com employment
