SANITATION- FOOD RELATED MANUFACTURING Food Manufacturing Company in the East valley is seeking to fill positions for the Sanitation related areas. Keeps company equipment and building in clean and orderly condition by performing heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning mixers and other food industry equipment. Responsibilities and Required Abilities Follow (GMP) Good Manufacturing Practices Follow Safety and Food Safety Procedures Perform basic general cleaning of walls floors equipment and other periodic cleaning. Follow procedures for the dismantling cleaning and reassembly of equipment. Follow all Lock-out Tag-out procedures and policies. Responsible for filling out the proper documentation for verification that the cleaning has been completed. Communicate any issue or concerns to Supervisor Lead Team. Report all safety concerns and or potential hazards to Supervisor Lead Team. Must be able to complete any required sanitation verification maintain a minimum of a basic understanding of sanitation chemicals. Job Requirements Lift 50 pounds. Able to reach above shoulders. Able to stoop kneel bend twist and crouch occasionally. Must be able to work as a team member. Able to work in areas that contain allergens (wheat soy and eggs). Must be able to work in confined spaces when necessary. Able to work in hot and humid conditions. Food industry experience preferred but not necessary. All positions are Temp to hire after a 90 day period Starting pay is 10.00 per hour Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen Please apply in person at 230 W.
