HM Aviation has been approached by India s Airlines due to the rapidly increasing demand for pilots. Pilot applications will be sent directly to the airlines. HM Aviation will contact individuals at airline s request. Once selected HM will assist candidate in clearances required from Indian Civil Aviation Authority as well as other required authorities to fly in India. This service is provided to pilot candidates at NO COST .Salary ATR-72 600 10000US month 8 weeks on 2 weeks off Salary ATR - 72 500 9000US month 8 weeks on 2 weeks off Accommodation pilots will provided with accommodation in Company Guest House with laundry and housekeeping facilities. If employee is not availing accomadation facilitates he she will be paid US 1000 per month as HRA . Overtime Allowance- Flying in excess of 80 hours per month will be compensated at 100USD HourBENEFITS Captains will receive MONTHLY EARNINGS on ATR -72-600 of 10000 USD per month and 1000 USD per month accommodation allowance & on ATR -72-500 9000 USD per month and 1000 USD for accommodation allowance.FAMILY Tickets - 4000 USD ( per annum)REIMBURSEMENT of simulator and medical cost - 5000 USD or actual cost of simulator and medical charges whichever is less will be paid after completion of 6 months of service.MEDICLAIM COVERAGE - for family up to 4 pax ( spouse and 3 dependent children up to the age of 25 years ) who will reside in India.
